The lor we deserve
World of the Elder Scrolls. A cult item that introduced itself in 1994. But she became a legend in 2002 – at the time of the release of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. But I want to talk not about Morrowind, but about the world of these games. A world created by the notorious Bethesda Game Studios. The world called "Nirn". A world that has a rich history – spanning thousands of years. Telling about everything that is possible: Gods, plans, races – everything in this world has a history. Basically, the history of the world is told by various books in the game, of which there are plenty. Be it: a story about a person, a city, a legend, an artifact, etc.d. The writers approached the creation of the world with great responsibility, borrowing ideas from Tolkien’s books. The world was created thanks to “Anu and Padomay” – these are two incomprehensible entities that underlie the creation of the world. Anu and Padomay – brothers who created the primordial Aurbis. Aurbis is a universe that was created through the merger of Anu and Paddomaya. Thanks to this, the plans arose: Aetherius, Oblivion, Nirn. Nirn – the plane of mortals, arose when one of the gods, Lorkhan, convinced the other gods to create the plane of mortals. Having looked at what they had done, the gods deprived him of his heart. Even the spin-offs of this series of games were weak, but their lore was good.

Dungeon & Dragons
Namely the Planescape setting.
One day you will ask me: what do I like more, Dungeon & Dragons or Planescape?? I will answer that Planescape. But you’ll leave without knowing that Planescape is part of Dungeon & Dragons. A setting that connects almost all existing Dungeon & Dragons settings. The setting where the cult Planescape: Torment takes place. The game takes place in the city of Sigil, which is located on top of a high spire in the center of the universe. And all these planes are connected by portals, and you can travel between them in a rather unusual way. Let’s say: there will be any thought, or you must carry this or that thing with you, or you must say a certain word – a portal will open. There are, of course, Dungeon & Dragons games that have good lore, be it: Baldur’s Gate or Neverwinter Nights, but they are just a children’s story compared to the Planes.

Dark Souls
Nowadays it’s common to say that Dark Souls has no plot, but that’s not true. It exists – and it is very interesting. The lore here is very thoughtful and lively. And it is transmitted through objects and NPC monologues. Everything in this world is even harsher than in the works of George Martin. The world is in ruins, and there are almost no people left. And the actions take place on the same lands as the previous parts – thousands of years later. There is no place here for Elves or Orcs, but only for torment – which cannot be eliminated even after death. After all, if you die, everything will start all over again.

Legacy of https://rouge-casino.co.uk/ Kain
Singles only.
Legacy of Kain – takes place in the world of Nosgoth. Where humans and vampires almost live side by side with each other. Everything here is dark and cruel. The whole plot revolves around the vampire Cain, who became the ruler of Nosgoth, turning it into a land of darkness. We will also play as Kain’s former assistant, Raziel. The game has a very interesting lore that will definitely not leave you indifferent.
“When we look at the relics of our ancestors, we see what heights civilization has reached. When we look at ancient ruins, we see the danger that these heights pose.»
A world that combines magic and steampunk. Cruel and dark. Where people worship the builder god. He is mainly served by the Hammerites, and their symbol is the Hammer, which is used as a weapon. Undead, ghosts, robots everywhere. It was interesting to be in it – and to live. And the charismatic Garrett was always not averse to an extra coin.

Mass Effect
A huge and thoughtful world that has a rich history. Different races and their stories. There is even a kind of magic here, which is called the “Mass Effect”. Ancient races, artificial intelligence, ancient technologies, problems on a galactic scale, ancient buildings. All this is fueled by an interesting story and lore. After all, what else is needed for a good world??
"Redemption for sinners… Place the curse of blood on them, their children and their children’s children forever and ever. Every sinful birth will plunge every child into the abyss of suffering.»
Nightmares, blood, Great Ones, hunting – all this is an important part of Bloodborne lore. Yharnam is a real nightmare that makes your veins run cold and your blood flow. Nightmares you can’t wake up from. A hunt that will last forever. A death from which you will not die – but you will wake up in a dream that will be your nightmare. The game world is very reminiscent of the works of Lovecraft, and resembles such series of games as Castlevania. Cruel, gloomy – and no less beautiful for that.
"War, war never changes.»
Only isometric games.
Post-apocalypse is an extremely unusual thing, a world of post-nuclear war. Devastation, hunger, shelters – everything in this world is beautiful. I wanted to live in it, despite its cruelty. Conquer his roads, act in films, kill everyone. A real post-apocalypse that needs no introduction.
"Love conquers hate"
Only the game world until the third part.
Great conspiracies, murders, betrayals, demons – all this is the world of Nevendaar. Nevendaar is a beautiful world where real evil and death live. Nevendaar – was created by Betrezen, an angel from the retinue of the god High Father. a world that was supposed to be beautiful and peaceful. Betrezen, with the help of other gods, created various races that populated this world. But other angels began to envy Betrezun, and as a result: they began to sow confusion and discord. Bloody wars began, Betrezen, who knew nothing, invited his father to show him the new world, but he saw chaos and destruction in it. As a result: the father overthrew Betrezen – into the core of the created world for 6 thousand years. Imprisoned in the core, Betrezen changed his essence, created demons who began to spread death throughout the world. But his goal was simple – revenge.
Yes, we can talk about the world for a long time, but one thing is clear, this lore is a masterpiece.
